"Vern was cool. First thing I noticed was he was actually dressed professional. His speech also surprised me as he was well spoken and eloquent. Which is a rarity compared to the ill mannered hooligans that arrive dressed sloppily. Overall I think he did a great job. I mean the goal was to get my interior clean enough to sell, and well my white Tesla seats were a mess. Brown from mud and camping he did get them white. Could the gap in the faux leather where the thread is, be spread open and suctioned more for debris, sure. But the more visible plush portion was whiter and clean. The interior was clean, and all my junk was given back to me in bags which I liked. The outside of my car was good, I did wash it the day before to help him out which helped. My interior was not as bad as the cars on his social media. I’ve seen some seriously atrocious cars on his feed that he cleaned. My car I feel was not bad at all, my car is pretty clean, it was just my white seats I let go cuz I have an active dog and they weekly get dirty. I feel the price of $209.00 for a full clean was higher than I liked. Considering my car was not as bad as some cars on his feed. Could he have got in the cracks of my seats a lil more maybe, but I’m ocd. Overall I treat this like the insurance policy I bought that same day, if the seller’s personality is great I don’t mind paying more. When u order food to go and hand me my food im not tipping 20% when im not dining in. Same here, I've paid less for bad customer service and I've paid more for great professionalism and character. If I like the guy I don’t mind paying more even if the food wasn’t great. Vern tho , i like the guy. He does good work. If your car is hella dirty with peanuts and fries and hair all over your carpet. I’d say book him. If your car is not too bad, maybe find a cheaper option. 5 stars cuz the guy is hard worker, and takes his time, and does good work. The car sold a few days later so I guess it made the cut! His attitude and professionalism gets him 5 stars in my book. Wish I had money like that, I’d book him again and again. His attitude and professionalism will get him far in the details world. I’d like to see him come up in life, and have a nice mobile van and employees under him. I expect him to blow up in a few years. From Buckeye to Mesa, on time , punctual and hard working. I’d definitely say give him a try, he may be perfect for your needs."
